3D Volume-Viewer and aicsimageio

To view ome.tiff as 3D in web browser

  1. Front-end app: volume-viewer which consumes:

    1. atlas.json & images of ome.tiff
  2. Create atlas.json & images using aicsimageioprocessing
python aicsimageprocessing\aicsimageprocessing\bin\make_atlas.py .\AICS-7_0_1.ome.tif .
